Doing More Business with Millennials
Do you want to do more business with Millennials? Contrary to popular belief Millennials (those born between 1981 and 1996) prefer to do business in person rather than online. Online is the fall back option.
First you need a compelling and informative website that realistically depicts your business. They will start there.
Next, your facility has to be just as compelling - and reflective of your website. If the facility is disappointing they will leave and describe their disappointment in an on-line review.
If the look and feel of your facility is an extension of that compelling website - then you need to provide an experience that makes the trip worthwhile. That means informative, educational and fun.
At the core of creating an experience that leads to a purchase - is the salesperson. They need to help, educate, and guide their clients toward purchasing the right products for them.
People prefer to buy from helpful people and in this way Millennials are no different than Baby Boomers.
